Yes, there鈥檚 no cost to you, as all placement expenses are covered by us. We also ensure 测辞耻鈥檙别 maximising all available funding to support your business and the development of young people.听
Whilst it would be great to offer a job听 or apprenticeship at the end of the placement, it is not something that has to be guaranteed. Helping our young people take their first steps into the world of work by offering job placements and/or work opportunities for 16-19-year-olds can still hugely benefit their career.听
Yes! There are no set term dates for Jobs Growth Wales+. It runs all year round, meaning you can recruit whenever it suits you.听
By making the pledge, we will provide you with a learner on placement. This can be a short term work taster, or a longer work placment, where you can regularly review. After completion, our team will discuss with you the opportunity to transition the learner on to a funded apprenticeship or employment.
Our team ensures a smooth process from start to finish, offering ongoing support throughout. A World of Work coach will work with you and the learner听throughout the placement.听
We can also help you understand and maximise other funding that may be available to your business to support upskilling. Our dynamic training packages are designed to meet the needs of Welsh employers, equipping their workforce with vital sector-specific skills.听
